1. Documentation

  • Carry your original physical driving license for verification.
  • A local address proof is required (e.g., rental agreement, hotel booking, PG details).
  • You must submit an original ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, College ID, Student ID) at the time of delivery, which will be returned after the ride.

2. Late Charges & Extensions

  • To extend your booking, inform us at least 2 hours in advance. The extension fee will be the same as per your original booking.
  • If you do not pick up our calls and delay the return:
    • For the first 2 hours: ₹300/hr
    • After 2 hours: ₹500/hr
  • Additional charges for extra kilometers will apply.

3. Penalties & Cleaning Fees

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition. If not, a cleaning charge of ₹800 will apply.
  • Smoking and drinking inside the car are strictly prohibited. Fine: ₹1,500.
  • Overspeeding above 100 km/h will incur a ₹300 fine per attempt.
  • Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited. Fine: ₹7,500.
  • Drifting or rough driving is not allowed. If found, a penalty of ₹20,000 will be charged.

4. Accidental Damage

  • If a tyre is cut, the cost of a new tyre will be charged.
  • Any scratches, dents, or paint damage will be charged as per showroom rates.
  • If the customer requests an insurance claim (applicable for damages over ₹30,000), rental charges will apply, and the claim amount must be deposited (refundable after repairs).
  • If the customer chooses to repair the vehicle themselves, an original bill from an authorized Maruti Suzuki service center is required, and rental charges will still apply.

5. Liability

  • The customer is solely responsible for any **injury, loss, or fatality** during the rental period. The car owner and rental provider hold no liability.
  • Any **illegal use** of the vehicle (e.g., theft, smuggling) will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • The car owner reserves the right to report the customer for **misuse or theft**.
  • The customer is responsible for **traffic violations and fines**.
  • If the vehicle breaks down, the customer must bear the responsibility, regardless of the cause.
  • Leaving Jaipur limits without prior notice will result in a **₹3,000 penalty**.
  • The customer must recharge the **FASTag** themselves.
